I spent many years trying to figure things out for myself. Wondering why my business was so dependent on me. At times I felt more like a teacher in a school yard than a business owner.
The truth is…I didn’t know what I didn’t know. Organisational Leadership was nothing more than a vague concept for me, particularly in the business setting.
