Now in the sixth year of operation – Lincoln Institute’s Employer of Choice Accreditation is well established as the highest level of recognition available in Australia. This award symbolises the completion of three years of leadership, personal and team development. This is no “self assessment check list” token award as you may find offered by other organisations.
