Congratulations on your decision to take part in Lincoln’s Leading Edge for Veterinarians Program.
Leading Edge for Veterinarians was specifically crafted to fast track the achievement of professional mastery as well as to facilitate further success for more experienced clinicians in general practice. The tools and skills provided in Leading Edge for Veterinarians ultimately allow for a longer and more fulfilling career as a veterinary surgeon.
Program Objectives
Across 52 weekly video training modules, students will be mentored by highly successful veterinary practitioners with decades of experience in general practice. Students will be rapidly upskilled and inspired by pivotal concepts and competencies specifically designed to empower and increase productivity, confidence and satisfaction in their career.
For those veterinarians seeking a position in general practice, Leading Edge will not only increase employability, but also teach self-worth and negotiation skills to ensure they receive the remuneration and work conditions they aspire to. In addition, they will be taught the pitfalls that so often stand in the way of professional fulfillment and the ways in which to navigate them.
With the guidance of Leading Edge, Business Owners and Managers will see measurable results as veterinarians in their team master client interactions. They will increase productivity in the consulting room, master time-management skills, demonstrate increased resilience, engage more effectively in teamwork and leadership, as well as experience higher levels of career satisfaction. These improvements will not only result in greater retention of associate veterinarians but also directly improve business profitability.
Confirmation of Learning
Each training video is followed by a short on-line assessment to provide reassurance for both participants and Practice Owners and Managers of learning. Completion of each weekly assessment also generates tracked CE points for the participant.

Bridge Education Platform
Lincoln utilises a learning platform called Bridge to distribute your weekly Leading Edge content to all registered participants within your organisation.
This platform is optimised for mobile device usage, tablets and smart phones, in tune with student and team member preferences. The Leading Edge interface has exceptional reporting and communication functionality; the organisation providing the training can easily monitor student progress and engagement in the course, as well as knowledge retention, via an easy to use dashboard. Deadlines can be set and automated reminders sent to participants for any outstanding course content left to complete.
The Bridge platform also provides the tools and communication channels to make discussion and feedback easy and intuitive. Participants can be reached through their preferred channels to send further personalised communication emails, either to individual or selected groups of participants from within the Bridge platform. This may be used to send words of encouragement or recognition as needed, ensuring students are participating fully in the program.
Each participating team member will have their own individual and unique log-in to the Bridge Platform. It is important that team members do not share log-ins as their individual progress through the program is tracked by the platform and CE points will be credited to them accordingly.
