Is the vehicle by which Lincoln program graduates stay connected in order to meet future challenges associated with business and personal growth.

It is inevitable that once you start a leadership journey with Lincoln, you will continue to grow in your capacity as a leader, for many years to come. The foundations of leadership are empowering and form the basis of significant growth over time.

There are three levels of membership for Team Omega.
