My life is significantly different now. My work and staff-related stress levels are so much lower than at any time in the past. My team are so much more engaged in the work they are doing and are an obviously happier group of people now that I have changed my approach to leadership. They all have a far higher degree of ‘ownership’ in relation to their roles.
