Part of Lincoln’s COVID-19 planning and preparation involves an informed and measured  strategy on running scheduled program training days and face to face events over the coming months.

Lincoln’s ‘source of truth’ for any decisions that it makes now and in the coming months are the respective State and Federal Government agencies, the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Centre for Disease Control and various Veterinary Associations around the world.

Lincoln is taking a considered approach to ensuring that your training continues unabated – there has never before been a time that demands more of you in terms of personal resilience, clear communication with your team and sound decision making through what constitutes an ever changing situation in how we think and operate in practice.

Lincoln’s strategic plan is to run the training days on the dates as planned, this will be attended by team members and facilitators in a live face to face setting where advertised, if feasible and safe to do so. Alternatively, in a virtual setting if required, based on complying with any State Border Restrictions or any lock-down mandates or vaccination and testing requirements that may be imposed throughout 2022 by State Governments for travel and at our Venues.

Given the unpredictable nature of the pandemic at present, we believe this temporary measure balances observing the authorities advice regarding going about business activities where safe to do so with an urgent need to observe social distancing – thereby supporting in what way we can, a slowdown in the rate of COVID-19.
